History: -Reword from Tornstar's bio-KIT: Tigerkit was first-born kit of WindClan warriors Torntail and Silverbreeze. Tigerkit got his name from the dark stripes that rippled down his silver fur, resembling tiger stripes. His younger sisters were Amberkit and Tawnykit. Who looked more like his father; unlike him, who got his mothers silver fur.
Silverbreeze gave birth to three kits, a tom and two she-cats. Tigerkit was the oldest, named for the tabby stripes that run through his silver pelt. Second was Amberkit, a golden-brown she-cat. Third was Tawnykit, a light brown she-kit. Torntail loved them all, and watched in pride as they grew up.

Tigerpaw was only an apprentice when the leader quietly died. He remembered how Hawkstripe~~~
Hawkstar chose Torntail for his deputy. At first Torntail was shocked. He even refused at first, saying he wasn't nearly the best cat for the job. Eventually he accepted, though. All of his family was proud of him. Aspenshade and Lionfire had retired by this time, and his three kits were apprentices. He spent two moons as deputy before Silverbreeze again became a queen. Two moons and three more kits joined the family. Falconkit was a brown tom with white paws. Gingerkit was a fire-colored she-cat and was the only female in her litter. The youngest was another tom, a silver-gray copy of his father. They named him Breezekit.

The oldest became warriors before those three left the nursery. Tigerpaw was named Tigerwhisker, Amberpaw was named Amberpool, and Tawnypaw was Tawnymist. Torntail was given a second apprentice, a light gray tom named Cloudpaw. By this time, Torntail was 38 moons. Cloudpaw was much quieter than Wolfblaze had ever been. He was timid and shy, and Torntail often had to prompt him to answer questions and practice.
It was in a battle with a random badger that Hawkstar died. It was a terrible way to die that not even StarClan could heal. The badger had actually crushed Hawkstar's skull beneath the paws. It was so bad that they couldn't bring the body back to camp after the badger was driven off for fear of traumatizing the kits or the apprentices.
Torntail wasn't on the patrol. When they told him, he was suspicious at first. He demanded they take him to the body. When they did, he could only stare at the crushed skull and silently cry. Hawkstar had been one of his friends, beyond the usual bond between leader and deputy. Torntail didn't want to believe it. But for the good of his Clan, Torntail buried his friend and leader himself and took on the position.
Tornstar's leader ceremony no problems. He's been a leader for ten moons now. His second litter are now apprentices and Silverbreeze is back in the nursery, caring for two little kits: Gorsekit and Heatherkit. -Reword from Tornstar's bio-
