Description:
Casually handsome, Coldfire has sharp, angular features and a pleasantly muscular body. He is taller than the average cat, a fact which has always pleased him. His shoulders are broad and his legs are long and sturdy. His body is unscarred, though not as a result of skill but a lack of battle. His nose is distinctively pink and white whiskers.

The most vibrant portion of his body, Coldfire’s pelt is dark ginger with thick red stripes. On his head a white stripe parts the ginger tabby, pooling around his face into a white muzzle. The white fur continues down his throats and to his underbelly. He has three white paws. His white fur is strikingly white, a fresh snowy colour shade that’s kept immaculately groom.

On first sight, most would think Coldfire was named for his flame-like pelt, but really, his name came from his eyes. They are a piercing, flicking shade of blue that glow like icy flames. Contradictory as his name, frosty eyes are warm, filled with light and kindness.

Coldkit was born in new-leaf, one of a healthy, but larger, litter of five. The first several moons of his life were that of any clan kits: his mother, Birdflight, was stern but nurturing, he played with his brothers and sister, he listened to elders stories, and got into trouble.

It took a less than average turn when an outbreak of greencough came over the clan. The disease entered the nursery, claiming not only his brothers Fogkit, Bluekit, and Icekit, but his mother, Birdflight. While the medicine cat worked tirelessly, but he could save them, leaving Coyotesong to take care of he and Birdflight’s two remaining kits, Coldkit and his sister, Stormykit.

apprenticeship
Coldpaw was far from being the clan’s best apprentice. Laid back almost to the point of laziness, he often dodged chores and slacked off in his training, a sharp contrast to his overachieving sister, Stormypaw. As luck would have it, Coldpaw’s mentor, Redsky, was incredibly patient, but stood for little nonsense. With her guidance, Coldpaw eventually developed into a capable and dependable warrior.

Nothing eventful has marred Coldfire’s life as a warrior. When he’s not doing his duties, he’s spending time with his sister, Stormynight, and his best friend, Moonblaze.
